ART are the suppliers of Remote Isolators for the North West & South West Rapid Transit (NRT) Metro projects. To date over 50 remote switched systems, incorporating voltage and current monitoring have been delivered and installed across all phases of the metro project, these units remain in operational service. 

ART has provided these to the operator’s needs and are based on existing isolators proven in service with Sydney Trains. 

ART provided installation training, planning, instructions prior to installation, and provided onsite advice and commissioning during installation. Following commissioning, ART continues to provide on-site support.

These remote switched systems consist of modular components. These components are; Actuator Motor Drive, Voltage Sensor, Current Sensor (optional), Auxiliary Contact Box, System, Interface Box and Control Panel.
