ART has been manufacturing and selling the type-approved Leonard Electronics Lamp Proving Module (LPM) for over 10 years to the signalling sector. They are a field proven product, providing signalling assurance. 

These LPMs are designed to monitor the AC current to traditional filament rail signalling lamps. When the monitored current drops below a preset threshold the output turns off de-energising the signalling relay.

Over the years traditional filament lamps have been replaced with LEDs for improved reliability. These LEDs are powered by DC current and raised the need to develop a DC version of the LPM. ART is now proud to announce a type-approved DC version of the LPM. This model is based on redundant current DC sensors that deliver a safe and reliable product.
