ART started design and prototyping for UGL back in 2016. The initial scope per desk set 

1. Provide solutions/prototypes for evaluation
2. 5 fully populated, illuminated and loomed panels. Looms fitted with Harting connectors for efficient installation and swap out.
3. Blue LED indication incorporated in backlighting for clear indication for rotary knobs. ART has a patient for this design. 
4. Mating looms for all illuminated panels
5. 3 non-illuminated panels – no wiring 
6. 2 mixed signal insulator units
7. 2 analogue signal isolator units
8. 1 Backlight power supply module
9. 1 Calibration backplane required for the existing speedos 32 consists (64 sets) were delivered to UGL in 2020

ART was engaged by TfNSW and Ricardo Rail in 2021 to upgrade the supplied illuminated panels to incorporate ATP buttons and resize overall panels. Scope included:

1. Provide solutions/prototypes for TfNSW and Ricardo for the additional requirements
2. Rework of existing supplied panels (32 consists)
3. Supply of new panels to fulfil Tangara fleet – =additional 20 consists
4. Design and supply Driver Trainer Speedo – 110 in total
